These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of marketfuturepath.com and any purchase from Market Future Path. Using the site means you also accept our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Who can buy
- Buyers must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You agree not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the site.
Products
We do our best to show products accurately, but small differences in color, packaging or design may occur. Trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and don't indicate endorsement of Market Future Path.
Supplements and personal care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read labels and consult a healthcare professional before use.
Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept the offer by emailing a confirmation. We may cancel or refuse orders because of availability, payment issues or suspected fraud and will refund any payment taken.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders of $70 or more ship free via standard delivery; a flat fee applies to smaller orders and is shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Digital products and gift cards
Software, memberships and gift cards are delivered by email. Delivered codes are non-refundable unless defective or where required by law, and are subject to the issuer's terms.
Intellectual property
All Market Future Path branding, our website design and original content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the site. Manufacturer product warranties are unaffected.
